This class photo was taken in 1930, in front of the Lincoln School located at 87-95 Richelieu Terrace in the Vailsburg section of Newark. I don’t have any other information on this photo. Still and all, those earnest, forever young faces looking at us through the haze of 86 years have a poignancy my words could never match.
