This photo from 1936 shows the Borden’s milk man posing in his milk wagon with some neighborhood children. The Borden processing plant was located on the corner of Nesbitt and Orange Streets. The building still stands on that corner. I have also included a small round milk cap insert. For those who don’t know what that is I will explain. Milk came in glass bottles with paper caps and the cardboard disc was pressed into the center of that cap to hold it in there tight.
